Lynn will be offering a follow-up workshop to Dr. Connie Amundson's Stress Relief 101 which emphasized the physical aspects of stress. This new workshop will focus on the mental and emotional side of stress and provide practical tips and techniques for taming this type of stress.  Stress Relief 101 is not a pre-requisite, so please come and bring your friends.

Please join us for a fun and informative hour.

Dr. Connie- "I have know Lynn for many years and highly recommend her work. She coaches people locally and nationally--either in-person, or via phone or Skype--and she is a joy to work with."

VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED!

Dress For SuccessTM has formed a Professional Women’s Group for women in Seattle.  The participants are women who have recently transitioned from unemployment to work.

The Professional Women’s Group provides women the partnership of support, practical information and inspiration to achieve self-defined success in career and life. Women making the transition from unemployment to work face myriad challenges, from understanding corporate culture to handling personal finances, often without any support systems in place to help them navigate this daunting change.

The Program

Each month women who participate will gather to hear an inspiring speaker, share difficulties and success at work and home, network, and set goals based on the topic of the month. To help ensure their success we want to offer each woman a life coach. As an ICF Washington State Chapter member and graduate of Invite Change I know how powerful it can be to give and receive coaching.  Imagine the tremendous reward of helping a woman succeed at work and in life, possibly for the first time ever.

We are asking coaches to make a pro bono 11 month commitment to one woman starting in April of 2013; volunteer coaches would provide two 30 - 45 min coaching sessions a month. The current cohort will run through February 2014. Speaking opportunities are also available on topics ranging from health/wellness, work/life balance, money management, and corporate culture.
